Lomas Del Real Aparthotel
LOMAS DEL REAL Apartotel is located in Real de San Carlos, the best area of Colonia, boasting great natural beauty, stunning views, and fantastic beaches, accessible via the coastal promenade to the Historic Quarter. More precisely, it is situated in Cuatro Soles, a residential development built on 40 hectares of countryside, on one of the highest hills in the city. Just 10 minutes from Colonia's historic center, steps from the iconic bullring and the beach, you'll find the perfect blend of urban amenities and the tranquility of nature. LOMAS DEL REAL is a condominium comprised of four apartment buildings on the ground and upper floors, connected by pedestrian walkways that link the four blocks, the swimming pool, and the reception area. The chosen architecture is rationalist, seamlessly integrating the interiors with the exterior through large windows. Its facades are clad with rustic-style plaster and local stone.
THE APARTMENTS
All apartments offer complete privacy with separate entrances and are fully equipped with linens, towels, a king-size bed or twin beds, a full kitchen with appliances and utensils, an indoor and outdoor table, a sofa bed, and a balcony or terrace with a private grill offering the best views of Colonia's stunning sunsets. At the heart of the complex is the outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by nature with a large park and landscaped grounds. An ideal place for outdoor activities that guarantees year-round comfort.
The complex features:
• 4 Junior Studio Apartments (capacity up to 2 people)
• 4 Family Studio Apartments (capacity up to 3 people, max. 3 adults)
• 9 One-Bedroom Apartments (capacity up to 3 people, max. 3 adults)
All apartments offer spacious layouts. Each room has a split-system air conditioner (heating and cooling), and the larger apartments have a wood-burning fireplace. The windows are large and tall, with double-glazed units (DVH) for enhanced thermal and acoustic insulation. Most terraces are L-shaped to offer two views, and all have individual grills and are adequately sized for the number of occupants.
The ground floor and upper floor units differ in their terraces: while the ground floor units are covered by the same slabs as the upper floor units; These latter apartments feature a wooden pergola as a roof, allowing light to filter through.
